Yes. Although it can be a stressful time to focus on finding the perfect now, now is better than later due to the anticipated mortgage rate increases. 

According to The Journal:

"Why did Mr. Watt delay the fee increases? Mr. Watt said last month he was delaying the fee hike until he had “the opportunity to evaluate fully the rationale for the plan.” Even though the increases don’t take effect until March, Mr. Watt said, “it was important to announce my intentions now” because lenders could begin to price in the fees in the coming weeks. Mr. Watt said he wouldn’t elaborate further until he had time to complete his review."
